Feel Good Bowl

for 4 persons Ingredients Ingredients for the bowl 200 grams raw beetroot 520 grams of sweet potato 240 grams of uncooked red lentils 1 large mango 120 g smoked mackerel 100 grams fresh cabbage lettuce 2 avocados 2 spring onions 10 grams of cress Ingredients for the dressing 1 teaspoon ground turmeric (turmeric) 12 tablespoons of low-fat yoghurt 1 teaspoon lemon juice pinch of pepper Preparation Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Cut the beetroot into small cubes of about 1 centimetre. Cut the sweet potato into thin strips, shaped like fries. Place the beetroot and sweet potato on a baking tray lined with baking paper in the middle of the oven, no greasing is necessary. After 35 minutes, the vegetables will be cooked. Prepare the lentils according to the instructions on the packet. Peel and slice the mango into strips. Wash the lettuce and the leaves. Clean the smoked mackerel small pieces. Cut the avocados into strips and the spring onions into pieces. Make the dressing by stirring all the ingredients for it well. For the Feel Good Bowl, use a round, deep plate. Prepare the bowl by placing and tear into the lettuce on the plate first. Spoon in the lentils, followed by the sweet potato, beetroot, mackerel, mango and avocado.
